The newest special-edition Xbox controller isn’t based on a popular game franchise like Halo but instead gets its looks from OPI nail polish colors. Say hello to the Sunkissed Vibes wireless pad, featuring shades complemented by the Summer Make the Rules collection.
The special-edition controller sports four colors inspired by OPI nail polish: Sanding in Stilettos melon, Flex on the Beach watermelon, Surf Naked blue, and Summer Monday-Fridays lime green. It will cost $70 and is available for preorder now. Keep in mind that this wireless Xbox controller is exclusive to the Microsoft Store and Target.
Previously, Xbox partnered up with OPI for a nail polish collection as well as in-game content for Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5. Buying a hue like You Had Me at Halo blue would then unlock a special Guardian armor color in Halo Infinite, for instance.
Last month, Microsoft released an Xbox controller made of recycled plastics like old CDs and water jugs. The Remix special-edition pad was created to celebrate Earth Day in April. It’s still available for $85 .
Don’t forget that GameSpot has you covered with all the best Xbox Series X controllers available. The Xbox wireless controller–like the new Sunkissed Vibes alternative–is part of the list, along with premium and budget offerings.
