As part of GameSpot’s big week for new shows, we’re rolling out a special version of Expert Reacts for Star Wars Day. In this new installment, host and producer Dave Jewitt meets up with a longsword expert to discuss lightsabers in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
Check out the video to see David Rawlings, founder of the London Longsword Academy with 25 years of sword experience, give his take as a qualified swordsman on the lightsabers in Jedi: Survivor. Oh, and Rawlings is a big-time Star Wars fan, too. Rawlings covers a variety of different situations in the video, and it’s a treat to watch the swords expert in action.
Rawlings gives us a first-hand demonstration of various sword-fighting techniques, too. Just how accurate is Jedi: Survivor’s lightsaber duels as compared to traditional sword-fighting techniques? Check out the video below to see and hear from Rawling across a variety of different situations.
