MLB The Show 23 Official Season Simulation Crowns The Atlanta Braves World Series Champions

With Opening Day of the 2023 Major League Baseball season one week away, Sony San Diego has released the results of the official MLB The Show 23 season simulation, and it will make baseball fans in Georgia very happy.

The Atlanta Braves were crowned the World Series champions in the official simulation, in which they defeated the Houston Astros four games to two. The Braves overcame the division rival New York Mets in the National League Divisional Series and the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL Championship Series on their way to the title.

The Toronto Blue Jays earned the league’s best record in the sim–an astounding 108 wins and 54 losses–only to lose in the American League Championship Series to Houston. The Braves and the Dodgers were the only other teams to win over 100 games in the regular season, with each team posting 103 wins.

MLB The Show 23 launches launches March 28 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with preorders available now. The Digital Deluxe Edition and the Captain’s Edition will give players early access on March 24, while the standard edition will also be available at launch on Xbox Game Pass, with a discounted version of the deluxe content also available.
